Achtung: Köln Triathlon leider abgesagt!

Liebe Sportlerinnen und Sportler,

wir müssen das Cologne Triathlon Weekend leider kurfristig absagen.

Uns liegt Stand heute 30.08.2019, 13:00 Uhr von der Stadt Köln keine Genehmigung zur Durchführung des Triathlons vor.

Die Stadt Köln hat uns heute lediglich einen Duathlon genehmigt.

Über die mögliche Umsetzung eines Duathlon haben wir selbstverständlich nach gedacht.

Im Interesse der Teilnehmer/innen sehen wir uns allerdings nicht in der Lage einen Duathlon so kurzfristig, ordnungsgemäß durchzuführen.

Diese Entscheidung ist uns wirklich sehr schwer gefallen. Wir bitten um euer Verständnis.

Dear athletes,

unfortunately, we have to cancel the Cologne Triathlon Weekend in the short term.

 As of today, 30.08.2019, 13:00 o'clock, the city of Cologne has no permission to carry out the triathlon.

The city of Cologne has just approved a duathlon today.

Of course we thought about the possible implementation of a duathlon.

In the interest of the participants, we are unable to properly perform a duathlon at such short notice.

This decision was really hard for us. We apologize for any inconvenience.
