Als Teilnehmer/in des CTW kennt ihr die Regattabahn bestimmt. Allerdings haben die wenigsten sie bisher aus dem Boot erkundet! Am kommenden Wochenende findet am Fühlinger See das Drachenbootrennen statt. Das CTW ist am Samstag, den 28.05.2011 mit einem eigenen Boot dabei. Es heißt zwar Rennen aber trotzdem geht es hier um die Sache selbst und den Spaß dabei!! Wenn auch ihr mit dem CTW in einem Boot sitzen wollt, dann schreibt uns einfach eine kurze Mail an info@koeln-triathlon.de . Wir haben noch 15 Plätze in unserem Boot für euch reserviert. Wer zuerst schreibt ist dabei. Wichtig ist weniger eure Erfahrung als Ruderer sondern mehr der Teamgeist! Wir sind davon überzeugt, dass auch Triathleten den besitzen. Beweist es uns bitte!!!

Los geht es ab 9:00 Uhr mit 4 Läufen, die zu absolvieren sind. Die Finalläufe finden gegen 16:00 Uhr statt und die Siegerehrung gegen 17:30 Uhr. Ihr bekommt von uns ein Trikot (kostenfrei), damit man uns auch als Team erkennen kann und die Startgebühr ist auch schon für euch gezahlt. Für euch ist die Teilnahme also kostfrei. Nur rudern, essen und trinken müsst ihr selbst. Bitte schreibt uns in eurer Mail auch noch eure Konfektionsgröße (S, M, L, XL) damit wir die entsprechenden Trikots vorbereiten können. Nach einjähriger Unterbrechung werden wir in diesem Jahr unseren „Show your bike-contest“ reaktivieren!! Zeigt uns euer bestes Stück!!!

Zusammen mit unserem neuen Partner Pixum suchen wir „das CTW-Bike 2011“. Entscheidend ist in der Wertung nicht, dass euer Rädchen das teuerste oder qualitativ hochwertigste ist. Gefragt ist der Blick fürs Detail und die Liebe zu dem Besonderen. As a returning participant of the CTW events, you probably know the lake Fühlinger See rowing course. But most of you have never explored it by boat, right? Next weekend, lake Fühlinger See will see the dragon boat race of the year (www.drachenboot-koeln.de)! The CTW team will participate in the race with our own boat on Saturday, May 28, 2011. Okay, they call it a race, but mostly it will be great fun and a tribute to dragon boat tradition!! If you want to join the CTW team, do not hesitate to contact us soon by e-mail to info@koeln-triathlon.de . There are still 15 places vacant in our boat. First mail, first in! Do not worry about your specific experience, it is the team spirit that counts! We are sure that individualist triathletes can prove that. Please help us!!!

The gun will go off from 9 a.m., 4 heats have to be done by the teams. Finals are at approx. 4 p.m and the victors’ ceremony will take place at approx. 5.30 p.m. CTW will provide uniform team wear for free, so we can show our team spirit to the outer world. Of course, all registration fees have already been paid for. So, your participation is totally for free! Paddle, eat and drink is all you have to do. The jury will scrutinize every bike and will not take the decision lightly to choose the winner.

Just send in your registration confirmation by e-mail to info@koeln-triathlon.de , please indicate your shirt size and delivery address – you will then receive all necessary information by e-mail from our side.

In 2011 again, our partner Marathon-Photos.com will take care of personal photo services.
