Timo Bracht is going to start at the Rheinauhafen Triathlon Köln

We are happy to announce that pro triathlete Timo Bracht has announced his start in the Rheinauhafen Triathlon Köln.

The multiple Ironman winner and former Ironman European champion is captain of the newly formed team Sport for Good. His biggest successes include wins in the Ironman Lanzarote (2011), Ironman Los Cabos/Mexico (2013), Ironman European Championship / Frankfurt (2007 and 2009), Ironman Western Australia (2011) and various top ten placings at the Ironman World Championships Hawaii. Bracht will in the future go hunting for triathlon titles together with pros Georg Potrebitsch, Jan Raphael, Horst Reichel and Julian Beuchert. The team is supported by the Laureaus foundation, which provided the name.

The pro athlete made the following statement about the Rheinauhafen Triathlon Köln: “With the Rheinauhafen Triathlon in Cologne, I will start for the first time in a triathlon in Cologne. It was about time. Two weeks before the planned defense of my title in the Challenge Roth, this is an ideal form test.”

We wish Timo a successful race, which will surely be very exciting.
